All eyeglasses are fitted by Robert Martellaro, optician and owner of Roberts Optical.
Time spent at the initial fitting averages about 1 hour, and up to two hours or more for more complex scenarios. The final fitting takes about 30 minutes. I have 37 years of experience fitting eyeglasses, primarily for older eyes, and have a much above average knowledge of practical ophthalmic optics. I use a mix of high tech and old school, and strive to get it right the first time.
I do not contract with insurance companies. If you have eyeglass insurance, determine if you are required to submit an out of network reimbursement or a simple statement of charges.
